Bio: Kristof Anderson-Tsang

Founder & CEO 

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Kristof has 13+ years of experience in sales and sales management. Kristof began his career while studying business at the University of Redlands. It was with Vector Marketing and Cutco Cutlery that Kristof truly developed his passion for the art of selling. As a consistent top performing sales representative and manager, Kristof was quickly promoted within 2 years to the position of District Manager in Palm Springs, California. 

Beginning his second career in 2005, Kristof began selling Merchant Services in Southern California and with 150+ new accounts in just under a year, he was quickly promoted to a national sales manager position at the companies headquarters in Dallas, TX. There he led a national team of outside sales reps. Holding multiple awards in leadership and sales, Kristof was recruited in 2010 by perennial Inc.500 award winner Century Payments. He held management and director roles for the organization from inside sales to outside sales, partnership recruiting & development, sales training, business development, and strategic partnerships with organizations such as Office Ally, Susan G. Komen, A.S.P.C.A., 5Linx, and Office Depot.

In July of 2011 Kristof and Dannielle gave birth to their Twins Luke and MaKayla. In December of 2011, Kristof was named Vice President of Sales for Southern-California based ISO Connect Merchant Payment Services, where he built multiple start-up sales channels. With a successful outside salesforce and inside sales call center in Dallas, TX. Kristof helped negotiate the sale of Connect's portfolio, which was acquired by the industries "2013 ISO of the year"

Kristof's financial services experience encompasses a wide range of successful business models from inside sales, call center development, outside sales, agent & ISO partnerships, sales recruiting, contract negotiations,
business development and strategic partnerships.

With Kristof's experience as a top sales performer and executive leadership in the financial services industry; Alveta Consulting was born. Alveta Consulting focuses on the development of successful sales cultures and business development channels in both the SMB/small business lending and merchant services space of financial services.

​Kristof has homes in both Southern California and Dallas, Texas where he and his Wife Dannielle enjoy spending time with their two year old twins Luke Jackson and MaKayla Grace.
